Engsø 100 KM 2009

Start time: 07.00
Takeoff: Storskovvej 92, Ormslev st. city, 8260 Viby J
Distance: 100 km.
TIME LIMIT: 12 hours + tolerance.
TILM. DEADLINE: October 15, 2009 pr. or mail to Thomas Kent.
Max 15 participant.
Price: DKK 75 incl. medajle. -- due upon arrival.
THE RACE: We run around Årslev Engsø + Brabrand Lake in total 6 times
+ A little off round.
DEPOT: The big forest road 92, there will be custodian of water, energy drinks,
Fresh fruit, energy bars, energy gel, candy and other goodies.
In the afternoon there will be tea, coffee and cake.
Two places on the route there will be water storage.
PARKING: It is possible to park in Storskovvej 92nd
TOILET: There will be opportunity for toilet in the start / goal area.
CATERING: from. 18:00 there will be hot soup in the target area.
