We are thrilled to announce a brand new extreme challenge for 2017 - the XNRG Devil's Challenge, a multistage race along the South Downs Way.
The three-day 97 mile route passes the legendary Devil's Dyke, a spectacular 100 metre deep valley. The point-to-point route starts in Winchester in Hants and heads South East through the stunning South Downs National Park, finishing in Eastbourne in East Sussex on the third day.
There are two overnight stops in Midhurst and Brighton. The route goes through England's latest National Park encompassing some of the most spectacular scenery and quintessential villages.
As with all of our events, everything is taken care of at the Devilís challenge so you can focus on the experience! Overnight accommodation, evening meals, showers, breakfast, food and drink at checkpoints, free parking, and even inspiring guest speakers in the evenings are all included for three day participants, and is also available at a supplement for one day participants.
This event will suit those who want a new challenge, people looking for an alternative to running marathons, those training for events like the Marathon des Sables or anyone who loves seeing the beautiful English countryside.

Transport to the Start
Trains -Saturday 29th April:
The nearest train station to the start is Winchester, part of the the SouthWest Trains network with a regular service from London Waterloo and Southampton. We will be operating mini-bus shuttles from Winchester Train Station to the start from 0800
Transport from the Finish
Monday 1st May:
We will operate a regular mini-bus shuttle from the finish to Eastbourne Station, for trains to London Victoria Station. The average train journey time to London is 1 hour 36 minutes.
The mini buses and some cars will need to head back to the Winchester area once the event is completed on the Sunday afternoon/evening. We would be able to transport some people in this way. You will need to be patient with us as we close the event down.
Our suggestion would be that you try and be independent so that you donít have to wait, but we will do all we can to accommodate individual requirements.
Would your friends or family like to volunteer if they are coming along to support you? Or do you know anyone who would like to make the magic of this event happen? All volunteers get free race entry the following year, food, accomodation and a free buff. To register, click here.
