North Marka Ultra Challenge årvisst held the last Saturday in September, race takes place on the dirt north of Oslo and going throughout North Marka from north to south. Along the trail passes some of the finest places in the forest that Pershusfjellet, Spåls, Katsina, Kjerkeberget, Kikut Massif, Copper mounds and Bjørnsjøelva Hell. The race is ground-only 3-4 km on gravel road. Start the Mylla dam at the east end of the lake Mylla far north on the dirt and finishes vessel camp north of Maridalen in Oslo. The short has a length of 54 km and the longest has a length of 100 km. The track is very demanding with many ups and downs and requires a lot of participants. Along the way, the course will have down-time and maximum time limit at the finish. See course description for details.
