\nSwim Trail 14:30 uur<\/p>\n
Zondag 26 oktober:
\nKoude training: 07.30 uur
\nTrail 12 km: 11.00 uur
\nTrail 19km: 10.15 uur (tweede startblok 10.30 uur)
\nTrail 38 km: 9.30 uur
\nUltra-Trail 52km: 08.30 uur
\nWe vragen 19km lopers die mee willen doen voor het podium in het voorste startvak van de betreffende afstand te starten en dit op voorhand ook bij het tijdsregistratiepunt te melden.<\/p>\n
