\nNach Vorlage eines f\u00fcr wettk\u00e4mpferische T\u00e4tigkeit g\u00fcltigen \u00e4rztliches Attests, d\u00fcrfen auch Personen eingeschrieben werden, die keinem Sportverein angeh\u00f6ren.
\nAthleten im Besitz eines f\u00fcr nicht wettk\u00e4mpferische T\u00e4tigkeit g\u00fcltigen \u00e4rztlichen Attests, werden nur als Amateursportler eingeschrieben. Sie erhalten ein daf\u00fcr vorgesehen Brusttuch und werden in den offiziellen Ranglisten nicht klassifiziert.

\nBRUSTTUCH – KONTROLLE BEIM START
\nDie Brustt\u00fccher sollen angezogen werden und total sichtbar sein.
\nEs sind w\u00e4hrend des Gehens automatische WINNING TIME\u00ae Kontrolle vorgesehen. Die Kontrollen beim Start werden von 7.15 bis 7.30 Uhr durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Athleten, die diese Bestimmungen nicht einhalten werden automatisch disqualifiziert.

\nTrophies, cups or shields to the clubs with the greatest number of participants (10 at a minimum). To take part in this classification, clubs must present a list of athletes on headed paper signed by authorised member by 21.00 on Thursday 22.6.2001.
\nSAN MARCELLO (km 30) FINISHING PRIZES
\nOnly the entrants for this finish line (black tabards) will be entitled to be classified and to these prizes.
\nMale individual classification:
\nNon-cash prize, worth of Lit.: 1st = 400,000; 2nd = 300,000; 3rd = 200,000; 4th = 150,000; 5th = 100,000. 6th to 40th graded non-cash prizes.

\nLE PIASTRE (km 16) FINISHING PRIZES
\nOnly the entrants for this finish line (green tabards) will be entitled to be classified and to these prizes.
\nMale classification: to the first 40 athletes graded non-cash prizes
\nMale veterans classification (born until 1950): to the first 10 athletes graded non-cash prizes
\nFemale classification: to the first 10 athletes graded non-cash prizes
\nParticipation certificate to all the athletes reaching the finish line.
\nAUTOMATIC TIME RECORDING
\nThe time control and recording of the athletes will be carried out by the WINNING TIME( automated system. To this effect all the athletes are required to fix at their right-hand ankles the microchip they will receive together with the tabard. A deposit of 10.000 Lit will be paid for the microchip and will be refunded upon its restitution.
\nTABARDS – START CHECK
\nCompetition tabards must be fixed on at their full extent by athletes and be wholly visible. There will be checkpoints along the routes. Start check will take place from 7.15 am to 7.30 am at the starting point. Failure to follow these regulations will result in disqualification.
\nSHOWERS AND MASSAGE – REFRESHMENTS
\nShowers will be available at all finishing lines. Masseurs will be available for runners both at the Abetone and San Marcello finishing lines.
\nThere will be 16 refreshment points offered by Unicoop Firenze Sezione Soci Pistoia and Unicoop Montagna Pistoiese.
\nCLOTHES AND BAGS TRANSPORTATION
\nAt the starting point, at Piazza Duomo, a transport service for this purpose will be available.
\nMAXIMUM TIME AND PRIZE AWARDING
\nHelp and classification services are guaranteed until the last runner has reached the finishing posts within these maximum time limits:
\n\tLe Piastre (16 km) \t– until 10.30 am (3 hours)
\n\tSan Marcello (30 km)\t– until 12.30 pm (5 hours)
\n\tAbetone (53 km)\t– until 4.30 pm (9 hours)

\nROUTE
\nThe route is open to traffic and therefore the Highway Code must be respected. Ponte Calcaiola to Le Piastre (5th to 16th km) will be closed to traffic from 7.45 am to 10.00 am.
\nRETURN TO PISTOIA
\nThe return will be carried out by the buses of COPIT. The athletes will receive a free ticket for the return to Pistoia to be utilised on the buses displaying the notice \u201cReturn Service\u201d as well as on the ordinary buses stopping along the route.
\nMEETING

\nLa participation \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition est ouverte \u00e0 tous les concurrents, hommes, et femmes, qui \u00e0 la date du 23 juin 2001, aient atteint 18 ans et soient inscrits pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2001 \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 sportive de UISP, FIDAL, FIDAL AMATORI ou d\u2019un autre organisme de promotion sportive reconnu par le CONI ou d\u2019une autre F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Sportive Etrang\u00e8re.
\nEn outre, tous les concurrents avec certificat m\u00e9dical valable pour l\u2019activit\u00e9 sportive agonistique, peuvent participer \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition.
\nTous les concurrents avec certificat m\u00e9dical valable pour l\u2019activit\u00e9 sportive non agonistique seront inscrits comme \u201cnon comp\u00e9titifs\u201d en recevant le num\u00e9ro appropri\u00e9 et ils ne rentreront pas dans les classements officiels.

\nRELEVE AUTOMATIQUE DES TEMPS
\nLe contr\u00f4le et le relev\u00e9 automatique des temps des concurrents seront automatis\u00e9s en utilisant le syst\u00e8me WINNING TIME \u00ae. A cet effet les athl\u00e8tes devront fixer le microchip d\u2019identification, qui leur sera donn\u00e9 avec le num\u00e9ro, \u00e0 leurs chevilles droites;. Il devront par cons\u00e9quent verser un gage de 10.000 lires it qui sera rembours\u00e9, apr\u00e8s la comp\u00e9tition, apr\u00e8s la restitution du m\u00eame microchip.
\nATTRIBUTION DU NUMERO – POINCONNAGE
\nLes num\u00e9ros devront \u00eatre fix\u00e9s par les athl\u00e8tes en entier et compl\u00e8tement visibles.
