Below the current start field of the 125K race of the JKM: one woman and 23 men. The international character of the JKM is not very strong but the non-Dutch runners
\n125-3 Peter Palmans (Belgium) and 125-8 Peter Kaminsky (Germany) are among the favorites and 125-19 Simon Luckett (UK) is an experienced beach runner.
\nThe start of the 125K will be at the north pier of Hook of Holland at midnight on the evening of 18 April. There will be refreshment posts every 12K.
\nThe crossing of the entrance of the North Sea Canal in IJmuiden is by Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB). The first runner is expected to finish in Den Helder after about 12 hours. The cutoff is 17 hours.<\/p>\n
