backyard-variant: Les 6H de l’Astrid maximaal 43 km

Er wordt gelopen over een ronde van 7,180 km lang. Met een start op elk heel uur. Voor de beginners bij de Backyard Ultra of als training.
Op de zondag zijn er nog trails over 15, 22 en 29 km. Je kan er dus een trailweekend van maken.

The Saturday
The 6H of Astrid!
The Backyards ultra is a form of ultra marathon race where competitors must cover the distance of 6.706 kilometers consecutively in less than an hour, under penalty of elimination. The winner is the last competitor to complete a final solo lap.
11:30 a.m.; reception and collection of bibs
2 p.m.: Departure from the Backyards in individual or relay format (maximum 6)
As far as we are concerned, don’t loop 7,180km taking you through the woods and on the slagheaps…a departure every hour, if you don’t complete your loop within the hour, you’re eliminated! Test to be done solo or in relay!
For the relay, the last loop is done as a team!
7 p.m. last loop!
From 7 p.m.: musical entertainment
You will find all day the necessary to have a good time with family or friends; snacks, musical entertainment, Champagne bar, …

On Sunday
Classic trails!
Withdrawal of bibs from 8:00 a.m.
9:00 am: departure 29km
10:00 a.m.: 15km start
10:30 a.m.: start 22km
10:45 a.m.: canicross departure (for the welfare of the animals, dogs under 18 months are not allowed)
