marathon: Sri Chimoy Inspiration marathon met Triple 8 Quest

OVER HET EVENT
Een sfeervolle wintermarathon langs de Bosbaan van het Amsterdamse Bos. Je loopt rondjes van vijf kilometer rondom de roeibaan. Geniet van de idyllische schoonheid van het Amsterdamse Bos en de fantastische sfeer van het Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team, bekend van zijn jaarlijkse ultralopen. Je kunt zowel de hele als de halve marathonafstand lopen. Er is een maximum deelnemersaantal van 100 lopers, dus schrijf je snel in!

Deze marathon is onderdeel van de Triple 8 Quest(link is external) een initiatief om in 8 dagen tijd 8 marathons te lopen op 8 continenten. Zo’n 10 lopers van de Triple 8 Quest komen op 28 januari naar het Amsterdamse Bos als onderdeel van hun marathonweek. Hun avontuur eindigt drie dagen later met een marathon op Antarctica.

Join our wintermarathon in the Amsterdam Forest. Runners run laps of 5K metres around the rowing track (Bosbaan) until completing the half or full marathon distance. Come and enjoy the idyllic scenery and joyful atmosphere of the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team.

This marathon will also host the runners of the Triple 8 Quest(link is external), an initiative to run 8 marathons in 8 days on 8 different continents. Our race counts as their European marathon. Their adventure ends three days later with a marathon on Antarctica.
