The Ultra Trail des Sources (UTDS®) is an ultra-endurance running competition organized on a permanent marked route located in the Ardennes, East of Belgium (Europe). Cumulating 80 KM and 2350 m +, this event crosses the Spa, Theux, Stoumont & Trois-Ponts entities.

Dedicated to athletes who want to take part in an “ultra trail”, it is also intended for people wishing to run this route, in relay, with a team of 2 to 4 runners.

An awesome experience to discover all the beauties of a raw and authentic nature and immerse yourself in a preserved natural environment, in the heart of the magnificent “Pays des Sources”…

ULTRATRAIL 80 Km in solo
UTRATRAIL solo course in XL format of 80 KM and 2350 m D+ qualifying for the UTMB and recognized by the ITRA.

An immersive experience for adventurous riders in search of unique landscapes and authentic emotions. From Spa to Trois-Ponts through the magnificent valley of the Amblève, the Warche ridges, the plateau of the High Fens and the tumultuous descent of the Hoëgne.

A way to surpass yourself through a technical and varied event of almost 80 km. Whether it’s your first long distance race or whether you want to aim for the 3 ITRA points required for more ambitious goals, you’ll get a lot out of it…

The departure from Spa will be given at 08.00hrs and you will have 16hrs to arrive in Trois-Ponts at the end of the 80km race.

TRAIL 42 KM in solo
UTRATRAIL in solo course of 42 KM and 1250 m D+ qualifying for the UTMB and recognized by ITRA.

A route for lovers of long distances that takes you through the most beautiful corners of the Spadoise region to discover its preserved natural environments.

A way to challenge each other through a race of nearly 160 km on technical and varied terrain, perhaps for a first ultra-trail or simply to get 2 ITRA points needed in your preparation of more important objectives.

The departure from La Chefna (Stoumont) will be given at 10.00hrs and you will have 9hrs to arrive in Trois-Ponts at the end of the 42km race.
