We are entering the decisive part of the race now. Jan Vandendriessche, still leading, still has a slight hope to tackle the 90K today. Jean-Paul Praet is busy with calculating the chances of different Belgium runners. I can understand he is enjoining the internet reports. He just communicated that Walther Beeken is probably the best surprise of today, taking the equalizes system for age groups into account!
Music is getting louder, some runners have to struggle, others just found a new vessel of energy.
At about 5 hours race we will give a new intermediate list. Time is ready now I believe to go for a 50K split time list for women.
