The ladies rostrum is complete now. Behind new world champion Tatiana Zhyrkova in a time of 7.10, compatriot Marina Bichkova finished in second place in a time of 7.26. Third was Italian Casiraghi, who lost second place during he last lap.
The first Dutchman has finished too, thereby securing the Dutch championship. Not surprisingly it was Veron Lust; his time was 7.30.
