24 Hour Race $ 65 U.S. Dlls.

CATEGORIES: 29 years and less, 30-39, 40-49 y 50 and older.

AWARDS: Trophy to the first 3 places of each category.
T-shirt and diploma to every participant.

REQUIREMENTS: Every competitor must wear a fitted light covert with the race number of the competitor and the sponsors of the race, this number you are going to receive it a day before the race starts.

PRESS CONFERENCE March 15 at 1 pm in the Sport Villages restaurant, numbers and briefing will be given at this time.

FOOD SUPPLY ONLY FOR COMPETITORS: Restaurant opens 24 hours, which includes a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet; Also includes Powerade, Coca Cola, purified water, mineral water, tea, coffee, milk, Plus an all night open snack bar. This service is free only for the competitors.

SUPPORT CREW MEALS: The food and drinks for the support team crew or any other person will be 15 U.S. Dlls per day.

SECURITY: Public Security of the State. N.L.P.D. 24 hours every day.

MEDICAL ASSISTENCE: EMME Medical Emergencies.

REST: The competitor and support crew may bring their own sleeping bag and tent.
There will be a place to install it beside the circuit.

FACILITIES: The organization will provide open tents, chairs, tables, restrooms.
ACCOMODATIONS :
Sport Village at the ¨Parque Niños Heroes¨ The Sport Village is located 150 meters from the run circuit. The rooms are for 1 to 4 persons. The cost is of $250 pesos or $25 Dlls. per night . It has showers and toilets. The “Sport Village” rooms are plain simple, and you can stay before and after the race, or during the race if you want. Sport Village counts with a restaurant. It is an excellent choice to stay in the Sport Villages during the race. This way the athlete or the support crew can rest at a more private place. Or you can also bring your tent and sleeping bag and stay aside the circuit.

The race circuit in ¨Parque Niños Heroes¨ is about 3 km approximately from the Hotel.

AIRPORT

We have a International airport. You can land in the Monterrey’s International airport from any place in the world connecting their flight from anyone of the following cities; México D.F., Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, etc.

WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL DATE AND FLIGHT TO PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT, WITHOUT CHARGE.

In the case that you want to come on your own the taxi fare from the airport is $250 pesos (around $25 US DLLS) for 4 persons, the taxi fare for a Suburban (8 people car) is of $500 pesos or $50 US DLLS. It will take you about 30 min to get from the airport to the hotel or sport Villages.

INDICATIONS:

Every time the competitor temporally abandons the event, rather it is for sleeping, eating, resting, medical attention, etc. he/she should let the judges know so it doesn’t affect the time control, and the same when he/she gets back to the event.

it is forbidden, to accompany the competitor around the circuit for their support team or some person.

The organization will have an exclusive 200 meters zone for the support team so they can supply the competitors.

.WEATHER : we wait between 15 and 25º centigrade, we hope not rain , in all ways we advise you to bring all weather clothes, hot, rain, etc.
